IRVmagazine The e-zine of all things Irv

This is a prototype for my e-zine, a collection of "raw footage" and "outtakes" from my life and writing. I've always preferred process to product; I'm more fascinated by what goes into making things than the end result. I used to be the annoying guy at parties who would turn off the right or left speaker of the stereo, so you could hear only some of the tracks of a song, like say the bass line and backup vocals. IRV magazine will feature a running journal of my canoe trips, a "behind-the-screens" look at stories that I write for the Ashland Times-Gazette, random observations and maybe some rough drafts from other projects. Like me, this is a work in progress ... with no particular sense of urgency or direction. Once I add enough content, IRV magazine will be available by subscription only. But, like me, it'll be cheap.
